Shipping policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. Availability and shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with the order.

Delays

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Lunere’s control. If your shipment appears significantly delayed, contact us at support@lunere.com and we will help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at support@lunere.com with your order number. We will review the situation and work with you and, when appropriate, the carrier to determine the next step.

Warm-Weather Shipping and Product Texture

Because Lunere uses pure oils and other natural ingredients, certain products may soften or become liquid during warm-weather shipping. This does not affect the product’s quality, safety, or effectiveness when the product has otherwise been stored and handled properly. If a product arrives softened or liquid from heat, temporarily place it in the refrigerator until solid again.
